Beach Walk

This weeks challenge for the WB Photo Challenge is "Vacation" and I submitted a photo from our honeymoon in Fiji. Funny thing is, it looks awesome, but it was just taken with my point&shoot camera, not even my DSLR.

My first entry into the WB Photo Challenge!

This week's theme was "Summer Fun" and I entered my very first photo into the challenge.

It's nerve-wracking believe it or not, and i'm quite intimidated by all the professional photogs that are on there! I don't ever expect to win any of the challenges, but maybe i'll get better as time goes on!

Little Connor

I had a wonderful visit today with my good friend Tara, and her little boy Connor. He's getting so big!

He's definitely going to be trouble when he's older, just look at those blue eyes! Watch out girls, he'll be a heartbreaker! (not if his Momma has anything to do with it though!)

La Casa de Spidey

I took a photo of this awesome spider web, the sun was hitting it just right, and the early morning dew seemed to highlight every strand.. Unfortunately, spidey was nowhere to be found.

Learning how to edit finally!

So, with the help from a friend, (thanks Michelle!) i'm learning to edit some of my photos properly! I have tried playing around with photoshop before, but was never really able to do much (except airbrush the occasional blemish and make myself look skinnier! haha)

Mackie - Mister Squishy!

Mackie is our family pup. He's 10 years old, and is totally blind.

He's the BIGGEST suck in the world, and is the sweetest, most wonderful dog!

My Nieces vs. The Lake = Great Fun!

I finally took my nieces to our lake cottage, it was their first time ever... and boy were they excited!

For the last fifteen minutes of the drive there, they counted down 60 seconds 15 times! The weather wasn't great, but we had so much fun anyway!
